Thank god we didnt sign him for 500k holy shit, sharks are crazyI watched him closely yesterday and he looked like he was struggling just minutes after he got out there, major plodding going on and he left a hole for a Penrith try scorer to stroll through. He looked like early Kerr, top heavy or just tired the way he was moving, slow loping strides. Maybe it was round 1 rust but he looked less than fit. I know he plays alright most weeks but I was a bit put off the way he played yesterday .
All four NRL teams played poorly. Cronulla and Penrith both seemed panicked. Cole is not a replacement for Luai. And across the park neither the Warriors nor Canberra look like a threat to our side. Chooks with their heads cut off. Looking at them, I now feel more confident about our halves.I watched him closely yesterday and he looked like he was struggling just minutes after he got out there, major plodding going on and he left a hole for a Penrith try scorer to stroll through. Good we would of had to pay him what he isn't worth.Hazelton has re-signed with the Sharks on a 3 yr deal.
I’m happier with Guler, and I don’t want too many older guys with the younger guys coming thru. We have to balance the team to keep and evaluate the cream.Good we would of had to pay him what he isn't worth.
$450K was more than enough.
Paying players like him overs is how we got into the situation we are in and just starting to get out of.
According to the web site is weight is - and his height is -. Hope that helps.Anyone know how tall and what weight Hamish Stewart is please?
The thing we will never know is how hard we chased Hazelton and how much we offered him.Thank god we didnt sign him for 500k holy shit, sharks are crazy![]()

It’s nice to have old henchman around to back up the young fellas though. Our forward pack is developing nicely.
Saturday will be the first real test.
live the look of the KOE Cup pack too.
If a couple more come through to first grade we won’t need Francis Molo or Dave Klemmer.

If developed successfully, Flanno’s Babes here we come
Stewart has excellent tackle technique which probably got him the nod against a mobile and fast moving dogs pack. I'm sure both will get plenty of chances this year and hopefully they both prove themselves to be nrl quality youngsters, that would set the tone for a long line of good juniors.Stewart is extremely tall though, not much of a difference between him and Tonga, hopefully its one of their advantages.... but otherwise I think they will prove to be quite different players.. Tonga I think will be more explosive and probably bigger collisions, but we will find out more soon enough.. both of them are still making the adjustment to NSW Cup, even Stewart was in and out of Flegg last year.
him and jdb on the same field at the same time doesnt exactly disagreeStewart has excellent tackle technique which probably got him the nod against a mobile and fast moving dogs pack.
