Playing around with the ladder predictor. If we drop the Sharks & Storm game and win the others we should still make the 8, surprisingly. There are still plenty of games involving other top 8 teams that should hopefully work in our favour.

Of particular interest

RD 22
Roosters v Raiders
Sharks v Knights
Manly v Warriors
Dogs v Titans

RD 23

Raiders v Bulldogs
Knights v Storm

RD 24
Souths v Bulldogs
Titans v Warriors
Cowboys v Knights
Raiders v Manly
Sharks v Roosters

RD 25
Broncos v Knights

Warriors v Raiders

RD 26
Dragons v Warriors
Knights v Eels
Raiders v Sharks

Didn't include the Titans but they have to play Dogs (A), Cowboys (A), Warriors (H), Roosters (A), Storm (A) so I'd be surprised if they win more than 2 games.

I just did a new ladder predictor and the only difference between us finishing 5th or 9th was winning/losing the Sharks game . That's how close it could potentially be.

basically we are competing against the warriors and raiders.

all eyes should be on raiders dropping out with their really tough final 5 or us keeping warriors out. raiders v roosters, manly v warriors this weekend.

perfect opportunity for us to jump up to 7th or even 6th if titans beat dogs and be 3 pts infront of the 9th placed warriors meaning we can lose to storm the following weekend and still either be 1 or 3 pts clear in the 8 and it will be up to us to either keep that lead or push it even further against the cowboys.

Same old story ever year, I would love to be in a position for once not having to do the odds. :-(

Beat the Sharks we may have a hope of scrapping in. That bloody one point could come back a bite us.

Dragons almost looked like doing us a favour... then returned to their usual standard.

Hope we can get a full house to cheer the boys on next week. A good win will put us in a good head space come the finals.

a win next week will all but seal our spot and possibly put us into the top 6. beat storm and we will only have to win 1 out of the last 3. hopefully buderus will get a second celebration at home.

Not keen to face them at this point in the season however, if there's anything that will get us home it will be our centres. Gagai and BJ have the potential to really cause havoc for O'Neil and Chambers.

We should lift at home. For the most part of the year we've been impressive and our game against the Roosters game was a joy to watch until the final 10 minutes. Donkey's I'm putting aside due to the Ex-Wayne factor.

Yeah the Titans just did us a favour, that keeps the Dogs within reach. 5th or 6th not unrealistic at all now.

We are the form side of the bottom half of the 8. We beat Melbourne and the top half starts looking a lot closer at us. Am confident of a win. We lost it last time we played them. We really aimed up. Joey gave them nightmares on the right.

Having a look at the ladder predictor, there's a reasonable chance we could make the 8 by winning only 1 more game, based on like pretty likely results, too. We'd probably come 5th if we won 3/4.
