I just went and checked all the betting sites, looking at both "Make the 8" odds and combining the 3 games needed to go our way.

In most, combining the 3 games gave a better result than a simple "Make the 8" bet, except Centrebet, which had $3.74 for the multi and $3.85 for "Make the 8".

Best you can get anywhere else is $3.75, so I just chucked $100 on "Make the 8" on Centrebet. If anyone was thinking of throwing down, that's the best choice you're gonna get.

I don't believe it's possible for Penrith to miss the Top 8, so I would say there is no odds available for them to make the Top 8. Only option to that would be Storm, Dogs, Parra to make the Top 8.

Shouldn't it be the same? The only way we can make the 8 is if both of Brisbane and New Zealand lose.

Ok, so if the Dogs get belted by 50, and we win by 49, there's another possibility, but anyone who spends money on that chance needs more than their head read. And anyway, that would make the odds of the 'all 3' skinnier than the 'make the 8' (reflected by Centrebets insanity)

Yep, oldman is largely right. Excluding the Dogs thing, all 3 should really be the same as Make the 8. Not one site had this, though, so I just took the best I could find, which was $3.85.
