The Sharks can't actually WIN the thing, can they? Surely not?

From what I have seen so far Brisbane, Wests and Cronulla look the goods after two weeks.

Manly and Souths from the finals last season are really struggling. Souths defence was there strong point last season and it has gone missing this year. Peter Cusack as he was ate Easts is a big loss for Souths.

 What a load of sh*t! A class above? Cronulla struggles to hold the ball, still struggle to score points, and seem to have won by dragging the opposition down to their level. I'll admit your defence has been impressive so far though. I think it was Andrew Moore yesterday who said before the game Melbourne would need 18 points to beat the Sharks, I reckon he's spot on, for any side.

I think they've got a huge chance, and good on em' I like watching the Sharks play.
If they win a premiership this year I'd be pretty happy for them,I don't think any other team fan could be unhappy seeing people who have waited almost half a century for a premiership.

And you can still say it took them over 40 odd years to get a premiership.

In saying that it's round two and I would rather someone else closer to my choice win the premiership, though it's not looking good.

The problem with the sharks is that there isn't much difference between their best game and their worst game. They never win by much and they never lose by much.

Well we have pretty much smashed both grand finalists and shown we are a class above.
We quite possibly have one of the best forwards packs, not in just this years competition, but in the last 10 years. The attacking prowess, and sheer razzle dazzle of our backline means we can score from anywher eon the field, at any time of the game. The way the finals works, it doesnt always mean the best teams are in the grand final (EG- When the Sharks missed out in 99) , but somewhere down the line, whether its the last week in September or the first week in October, everyone knows we will be there or there abouts.

BBSF does it again, look back at your seasons 2006, and 2007. Will not/ cannot win it.

I remember the famous statement of the knowledgable Jack Gibson who coached the Sharks.

WAITING FOR THE SHARKS TO WIN A PREMIERSHIP IS LIKE LEAVING THE PORCH LIGHTS ON FOR HAROLD HOLT.

Sharks proove way to good once again, this time for Cronulla. If you take out Gold Coast, the Sharks havent been beaten in any other state in 2008. Things are looking very promising in Cronulla.
