meltiger said:#3 - Matthew Pavlich
#4 - Jonathon Brown
I swear to god, this man gets stupider every year.
I mean seriously.
I could name 5 St Kilda & West Coast players who I'd rather have at Richmond than that soft c**k from Fremantle.
CyberKev said:Judd's the overrated one.
Pavlich should have been at 1 with Brown at 2.
meltiger said:LOL
Pavlich the best player in the game?!
pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffft
Get off the drugs Kev lol

lockyno1 said:Fairly good list but you have to have rocks in your head to NOT put Judd at no1!

Remind me again how many premierships Judd has led the Eagles too?
CyberKev said:Why?
Judd is the most overrated footballer in VFL/AFL history.
That doesn't mean he is a dud btw, all it means is that the media hype that absurdly positions him at roughly the same level of import as Leigh Matthews when he was in his prime, is laughable in the extreme.
If his disposal was above average, there may be a stronger argument for him.
The gun talls like Pavlich & Brown will always be your money men.
Still, I'm happy for the media to keep pumping up Judd's tyres if it keeps him in WA. His price goes up to astronomical levels as the Eagles fend off interest from other clubs, Judd's price reaches astronomical levels, and the Eagles end up costing themselves another gun on their list.
Its all good.

meltiger said:I'd take Judd before Pavlich
lockyno1 said:Midfielders win games, thats why! Judd is the very best of a top bunch of midfielders hence he is no1 most valuable player in the league. Pavlich would be lucky to be top 5 for mine. He doesn't have the aura that Rievolt, Brown, or Tredrea do anyway. But I'd still have Judd 1 and possibly hall as 2 (only becuase he was very important last year)
lockyno1 said:Agreed there, in fact I'd take a few before Pavlich who goes missing when the going gets tough!
CyberKev said:He really went AWOL with his 13 marks and 28 possessions when it was tough and tight at Shell Stadium for Freos breakthrough win against the Cats last season.
meltiger said:Fremantle won the game ... Not tough at all. He's a front runner, plain and simple.
meltiger said:If you would take Pavlich before Brown at Hawthorn, you are dead set kidding yourself Kev.
CyberKev said:Pavlich is the type of player you build a side around.
CyberKev said:Pavlich is younger
