Oh, that is right, he has implemented something in the junior ranks which is clearly evident, crap, the quality of juniors at the moment is horrible, ultimately wins is the benchmark, good coaches find a way to win regardless, I do not give a flying f**k what he implemented inthe juniors the bottom line is wins.

Kearney has not shown one characteristic of quality which gas rubbed of on the side, please someone show me what exactly he has done?

The bottom line is wins, the rebuilding phase is just a buzz word, rebuilding should happen only over 1 pre season, in the NFL you fart the wrong way your fired, zero tolerance, enough of this boys club shit, the team is business, act like f**king business men, no tafe student mentality is needed

I'm sorry, but that's crap, our junior system under Kearney is the worst I have ever seen, and about time we adopted the NFL principles - after all it is the mist competitive toughest professional game in the world imo
