Mateo always had ability. But he has a tendency to be lazy in defense - I've even noticed it at times whilst playing for the Warrior.

My biggest issue with Inu was that he seemed to have lost a lot of speed. His aerial ability and strength and footwork were never an issue.

I like both guys as players and blokes and wish them the best.

Not sure Morts has been dropped, but certainly been rested.

Having said that, I'd trade you Morts for Maloney in a heartbeat! Maloney is 4 times better (and that might be harsh on Maloney).

However this isn't all about those 2 - it's about whether Mateo| Inu are worth $650k per year combined?

You'd want to hope they're the sorts of players who'll win you a comp on that kind of dough, and most of us like Mateo, like the things he can do on a footy field, but don't like a $400k price tag!
