On any objective measure, the treatment of Souths LU personnell on this forum has been nothing short of horrendus.
An edit here, a move there...its amazing anyone can communicate here at all!
And it wont belong before people by-pass this forum labelling it as "intolerably hostile" or "no go zone".
A friendless forum in an otherwise friendly LU landscape. A site that prides itself on making people welcome and a site that brings interactive league joy to many thousands of people. Just dont visit Parramatta L.U.
The cruel or otherwise indifferent censorship practiced here...well it does little service to the genuine fans of Parramatta and the club itself.
As I said, I know Parramatta very well. I was present in that city today.
Once a hotbed of colloquial blue and yellow, these days, its not unusual to see the colours of other clubs striding up the street in a bold statement of defiance.
And do the locals get edgy?
No, you can sense their pleasure at the liberation these colours represent.
A dark shadow has descended upon the district.
Once a club beloved, it is now a club increasingly seen as being despised.
So long as the regime and its de-facto supporters here try to rule by the brutal means of the edit, censorship and the out of context move, Parramatta and their fans will continue to suffer.
