Youve got the 2 issues of player recruitment/retention and being patient with players development & introduction to 1st grade mixed together there.

Junior parra brought through and are still playeing first grade in last 5 years = all of them..

Juniors Manly brought through and are still playing= (Manly what are juniors?)

seriously, can you Manly trolls f**k off and come back in March of next year when he actually puts on your jumper and starts to play for your mob. You can have all the laughs at our expense once he is actually killing it for Manly and then we can regret it all you want us to but in the meantime, we'd like to enjoy the work that he is putting in for Parra THIS SEASON. I reckon its absolutely debatable as to how he is going to go once you move him to a different club and stick him in the backrow so until he actually does something for Manly, perhaps you might want to stop creaming yourselves over what he MIGHT end up doing.

This whole thread has been built on firstly that Williams shouldnt leave parra because he is the best promising junior since jesus wandered through northmead and then, once you dimwitted eels prats finally (ad nauseum) figured out he is gone to Manly, you promote that Williams is some sort of unknown quantity who may well be nothing. All the while, your numnut coach has belatedly figured out he belongs in first grade & is discovers he is impressive.

Then we'll all give up on following the Eels from 2009-2011 so that we can bow at the feet of Max Delmege, Crusher Cleal, and the rest of the Manly geniuses because you were so smart for signing him.

My point is not to dispute his talent but rather that we move on because next year is a long way off.
