It's impossible to say at this stage if it's a good move or not. I hope it is. But at this stage, I have to say I'm just over them this year. The whole ****ing club. Sick of it. Sick of the one step forward, two back-pretty much since '95. Tired of the constant substandard shit, when the club has had more than enough time to get it together to be a Broncos, or a Storm.
The Kearney thing does not fill me with confidence in the slightest. But as said, maybe good maybe not. But then, Scurrah or Bell make me as confident as Bluey does.

.

This about says it all for me & I have no faith that any review is going to lead to improvement. Hiring Kearney is just slapping a cheap plaster over a great weeping sore. It will cover it maybe but won't fix the problem. Fixing the problem costs dollars & Warriors people don't like spending. The owners are investors - not Father Christmas so I'm not holding much hope for 2013.

Kearney being thrust onto Bluey is kinda like a married bloke bringing his girlfriend home to the wife and saying, 'it's okay dear...she's here to help out with the kids...'

(Not my joke, but it's brilliant and I'm claiming it)

Or eerily like when Parramatta got Chris Anderson to come on as assistant coach to the sinking Kearney ship

pretty good credentials though ?

current and past kiwi coaches....

I think that is where you may be wrong, coaching the best players available for a few games here & there is very very different than the week to week grind of club football.

Kearney has shown he isn't up to it (yet), as has McLennan imo.

Experience needs to come somehow so i'm willing to keep him on even with Kearney next year. How does one get experience if NOT given the chance to develop and adapt properley to the weekly grind of NRL? It would be nice to see them work together, attack will be Brians Job and Kearney gets the atrocious defence sorted out. Plus on the international sides of things Kearney can groom some good combinations for the Kiwi's to defend their world cup in 2013.

Other good coach options to try for 2013: Ackland, Iro, D.Anderson (Again)

After 2013: Anyone good and proven as the saying goes LOL

Only good thing I read was that he was going to watch me kill a few Orcs this weekend.

Harsh Dude! But fair:lol: Just emotive and ranting like all pissed off fans. If Sundays game blows out it'll feel longer than a LOTR marathon too
