Same thing on 3 News. Kearney coming to assist Bluey.

(This is never going to work well.)

Is this a leg out the door for Bluey? Is Kearney the coach we need?

Kearney was good under Bellamy at the Storm.

Wouldnt take too much out of his stint at Parra (actually , I see remarkable similarities between the interference run by the Parra management and ours).

I think its a good combo for the Warriors and kiwi footy in general..

I don't really get it. Are they proposing co-coaches? If yes that NEVER works

I like the idea of Kearney.
He's played, assit coached and coached FG. He knows what it takes to succeed and the rigors of a full campaign - which I think is the major failing of Bluey.

The problem with Kearney is that he has what must be one of the most atrocious FG coaching records of all time. Now, I'm not suggesting that he was entirely responsible for Parra's on-field woes - the players were being dicks and the club was obviously in a right state at administration level - but he is simply not a proven first grade coach. The fact is that, ignoring the destructive forces that were acting on Parra that were out of his control, he still might actually have been shit.

We need a hard-nosed coach who's been there and done that. With Kearney we could quite easily be jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.

There were rumours of Bellamy considering a $3.1 mil over 3 years offer this week.

Would rather have Bluey/Kearney..

If this is true I would jump at Bellamy.
Would attract a lot of first class players who would not be interested in playing under Bluey or Kearney.

After all, Bellamy has the coaching record not Kearney.
