Congratulations, great to hear the news.

Unlike MOTH, the majority of Sydney League supporters don't want to see any more clubs go to the wall.

Pleasantries over.

Cheers

Thanks for the congrats :)

Now my pleasantries are over haha

I was standing next to Benny.
He was in great form
Kul said 7-5 ... but in the end it was unanimous i thought
The initial vote was for an amendment to parking re ingress and egress on waterloo st
When the greens knew they wouldn't get the numbers the vote for the actual development was unanimous
righto, my mistake
it was a great showing by tigers fans and legends.
Troddo's speech was great.
I had to laugh when one of the opposing people said "None of the members live in the local area, let alone on Waterloo St, the Terry St Triangle and the adjacent streets. The residents of these streets don't want this approved" to which I had to check my driver's licence and tigers membership card

alas that poor irish yuppie who had only been living in the area for two years was wrong.

go the tigers!

Sorry mate you had it right first. I thought they voted the prking amendment first and the masterplan second but it was the other way ... the parking egress issue was the one voted unanimous

That irish cutie needed slapping ... should stick to plotting to blow up kids in omagh or manchester ... it's more their forte

Rod Griffin
Lee Bennett
Matt Parata
are all guys with alot of talent

Matt Parata has been affiliated with the U/20`s side this season. I like him as a player as he does run the ball hard and plays aggressively. He appears to be either a centre or fullback only as he appears to be very uncomfortable when playing on the wing. Talented player, but I fear we may let him loose at seasons end ? Lee Bennett is a real good trier who always gives his best, but it`s highly unlikely he`ll ever play first grade again at this stage of his career. Griffin, a bit like Parata is a talent, but workrate seems to hold him back and being a backrower, I doubt he`ll be with us after this season ?

And that greenie bloke councillor
Probably does it so he gets to growl some fat dyke from the manning bar with a hairy twat
Had a speech impediment like the mong child of michael easson
What a twat ... probably one of the palestin*an loving mongs on the council

Those greenie women ? Who shags em
Seriously
Fat, with even fatter attitudes, legs like tree trunks and no doubt overgrown minges and armpits. Why do these dykes never look like the ones you see in `dramas'

I'm gonna have to take the wifeonthehill to dinner on Sat night after the game
:)

Sat should be great .. 50 on the cows, thence dinner ..

Another classic was a submission from some old dyke who hadn't been slipped a length since when soufs last won the comp. She was going on about the impact of shops on Darling St and she twice mentioned the `effect a mall has had on the shops in Lithgow High St'. She was speaking out against the proposal and she was with the pixies and Benny said at audible level `keep talking you're doing a great job FOR us'

Moth or Kul, did they say how much the Tigers would be obliged to pay the ccl pursuant to the terms of the VPA?

I just had a geez of the Ccl Report and it looks like we're up for:

$250k for upgrading roads in vicinity of development
50k/pa community grants for 10yrs
3.65 mil in lieu of s94 EPA "Developer contributions'
Extra 6mil if floor space ratio of 4:8:1 rather than 3:9:1...

All makes sense...

EDIT: Just saw article that FSR will be 3:9:1 so don't have to pay extra coin..

I`m just glad good `ole Harry didn`t have to be asked to put his hand in his pocket. After all, he does still have his lunch money from his first day at kindergarten !

Benny was just interviewed on 2ue. He said the vote was close (6-5) and the mayor was the deciding vote in favour. Mainly talked about how clubs have to move away from relying on pokies. Spoke very well.

p.s many congrats Tiges. Always great to see a fellow foundation club do well. You'll be VERY strong now. Good luck.
