Ummm nope.
I can handle them but truthfully I find them a bit boring.

I love it when Newman hears the players answer at the 1% Rock question.
Not much of a poker face.
:)

I don't mind a few of their songs (foo fighters )
I'd never put them on the stereo
Kind of like pearl jam... They're good at what they do and are probably
a bunch of good blokes but it's all seem a bit too stadium rock.
Not my go though.
I can play everlong on the gtr ... Only because almost everyone on the planet hears something I can't .
So learn't it .

Playing in an acoustic band again
2gtrs and drums
f**k we are digging up some old shit and having a go at making it sound cool
Not sure if it's working yet.

I saw the foo fighters live at the Gold Coast few years back. They played about a three hour set. It was f**king incredible. Everything from the back catalogue plus some new stuff all inter mixed. Grohl went off like a mad man the whole time. Bloke must be fit as all f**k. Played some great acoustic stuff half way and finished it up by playing up the encore big time. I'm not a muso but it was an awesome experience.

That'd be the stadium tour they did. Carrara? If so, I was there too jc. Saw them a few other times in brissie, but the one at Carrara is probably my fave so far!

Just had my 40th last night and scored a copy of his book 'This is a Call'. Should be an 'interesting' read!

I met Dave grohl
Middle of the day in the Annandale pub

My mates dad had a terrace almost next door
We used to go in there on a Saturday and get on the piss then watch a band before crashing in the terrace.
One Saturday arvo we were in there getting pissedup and in walked Grohl with a few mates
Foo fighters were only just beginning
I had my Kramer shirt on and he even complimented me on it.
We were pretty much the only ones in the bar at the time.

In my opinion this is probably the best episode of SHARKCAST RADIO we have done and I am proud to bring this level of analysis to fans. If you want to know about coaching systems at the Sharks give this one a run.

Enjoyed the audio cast. A lot of really good information from your guest which was quite relevant.

Very true. Met Dave once. Interesting to talk to. He has coached some good juniors at Endeavour too from other clubs. Told me Sharks should have kept Shaun Lane. Interesting to see if Lane progresses at the Warriors.

Sweet. Will have a listen. The last one sounded like poor Sam was going to neck it!

I can't stop laughing at this! It has made my day. thank you!

The reason i sounded like that was it was all rushed as I didn't realise the original recording was no good. So it was Thursday night, my kid was asleep and I had to keep it down in volume!

Nice work guys. I have to compliment all involved in what is becoming a must watch / listen weekly event.
Its so pleasing to see the club become involved this year and being proactive with new media and the supporter base.
Everyone looks more comfortable in front of the cameras than earlier in the season and the boys work well with Rob.
Id just have to say that in my limited knowledge of TV production, I,d have to question why there is no desk anymore? A desk is a great prop, a place for notes and hands and to direct our eyes. The contrast with the field out the back was a little jarring and took away from the polish a little but was offset somewhat by wearing dark colours, but bring back the desk or even the man / shark den. I loved all the pics on the wall of players past and present, the upper of the E.T. seemed a bit of a weird call to film it there.
Sam and Newman hats off to both of you for the work that you do(must be hours per week to do this stuff ) and thanks to the club for buying in, it places the Sharks right up there in fandom and I am sure many will copy over the coming years.

Why doesn't Steve like Humphrey? is it with as much passion as his famous Noddy hate?..surely it cant be .
Gold.

Thanks for the feedback SR. Boring logistical reasons for us being in the upper ET, the studio was being used for an NRL shoot. It won't be a permanent thing.

Interesting though, a lot of people loved it.

Plenty of passion in this podcast. Makes sense and no bulldust. Remind me a bit of Graham and the Colonel
