1. How was McInnes' tackle possibly a "hip drop"?
2. The kick off. If the end result of letting the ball go into touch is the opposition get the scrum feed, why not play at the ball? There's nothing to lose.
3. How does a player, after crossing the line and being held up, have to plant the ball? I'd argue if he was in the field of play and reached out after the same length of time that was a double movement.
4. How does big Nelson get away with an elbow to the throat of a defender, and 2 tackles later Talakai gets pinged for a high shot on a falling player?
All of those things cost us points.
One or two of them go our way, and we bag our opportunities and it's a different result.
As Bubby said elsewhere, they'll learn a lot from that match.
