What is going on there, surely putting Widders to Centre and Thorman in the halves was a better option than McKinnon at fullback and having Burt catch a cold in the Centres! I like the fact that all day we here that Thorman is on the bench with Muspratt or Muckart (still get those two mixed up), replacing Prince and O'Dwyer, and then Smith pulls a rabbit out of his hat and plays Mackinnon.
That must really get the Sharks shaking in their boots with shock, horror and surprise.

It was such a waste having burt in the centres, he's been great at fullback this year yet Brian decides he has to change it!!

McKinnon even though he did nothing wrong he provided us with really no more then what Robert Muchmore could have done.

An injury in the warm up, although unlikely is still a concern. I remember in 2002 the Cowboys had one of their players injured in the warm up but didn't bring an 18th man to Sydney. They ended up having to play with 16 players and lost the game by 50 points.
