He would have to be feelin quite fresh, he's hardly touched a ball in the last 2 years, though injuries are a bit of a concern.
I guess we will release Eric plus Wellar to cover Tahu's asking price?
Cant help but feel a bit sorry for Burty, his loyalty cant be questioned, understand though cant keep everybody. Wrapped and stunned Timana is coming back, brilliant news.
Um, it's 100% not Burt.
With the likelihood of Hauraki and Oake going and Tahu having a clause in his contract regarding amount of games played to get his full worth we may not have to release anyone else.
I'm told that the coin that is quoted that TT was on at the Tahs is a gross exaggeration. He would be earning big ARU incentives if played regularly for the Wallabies, but just hasn't been getting game time.

EDIT: Tahu has played 20 games for NSW, 2 games for Australia A & 2 Wallaby caps. 24 games in 2 years.
Fair enough... I still think Tahu would command a high-ish salary. With the likelihood of Hauraki and Oake going and Tahu having a clause in his contract regarding amount of games played to get his full worth we may not have to release anyone else.
how are you so sure?
Well reading between the lines on Colonels post if it's 2 of the 4 mentioned and not Burt or Inu then Grothe and Fui are gone.
TBH if we lose those 2 to get Tahu i personally don't think it's worth it
what is the max he could play?
super 14 season isn't that many games
So the backloading of Cayless' contract is seen by the new board as a bad thing but backloading Tahu's contract would be a good thing?

I don't wanna lose Grothe OR Fui. Inu can go and get stuffed as far as I'm concerned.
Didn't the Tigers and/or Bulldogs want him or some crap?
