You can't play players outside of the top 30 until round 9 or something.

I think you can play any time. Moretti isn't Top 30 either.

almost certain that round 9/10 rule was revoked from this season. You can choose anyone, just has different implications on your cap etc, but we could pick Sanders if we wanted to
