Bully Ray def. Chris Savin for the TNA World Title at their tapings inside a steel cage, after Tito Ortiz revealed himself to be a member of the Aces + Eights and clocked Sabin with a hammer.

Well, I haven't marked out like that in years. Don't know what the general consensus is, but I loved LOVED the fifth member there.

I'd be disappointed if AJ joined the WWE. He's been a TNA loyalist for a long while now, and I don't think the WWE would use him well at all. He'd get lost in the same midcard shuffle that is consuming the careers of guys like Barrett, Kingston, and R-Truth.

At least he's (usually) treated like a star in TNA.

I don't have a problem with Styles winning the Bound for Glory series. My issue is with him becoming a CM Punk wannabe. Isn't one enough? Besides, AJ isn't an entertainer - he's an in-ring performer and one of the best in America right now. Let AJ be AJ, stop booking him as a wannabe Angle, Flair, Sting etc.

Well, I must say, the follow up to the Phenomenal AJ Styles revelation was ... horrible. AJ on the microphone, saying nothing in particular, and sounding like a drunk Texas yokel ... horr-ee-ball. Ok, the dudes back, and he's phenomenal again, great, but we don't need him on the microphone, what we need is him now turning up as the good guy against all odds vanquishing the enemy. Think Sting '97, sure, let the guy smile and enjoy himself, but he doesn't need alliances, he doesn't need speeches, he just needs that contract to fight Bully, and he'll destroy whomever from Aces and Eights to get there.

Cutting promos has never been AJ's strength.

Easiest character in the world to book yet TNA keeps trying to make him something he isn't. How wrestling companies keep making mistakes that were well established in the 90s astounds me.

I've heard this week's Impact/No Surrender was fantastic. Some reviewers calling the Bully Ray v Anderson match the best title match they've seen all year.

Had to see this for myself.

It's a good television match but it isn't at the level of Bryan/Cena. Just a fun text-book LMS match. Easy to watch and the crowd were really into it but that's the extent of it.

Sounds like a fun show, will get around to watching the rest of it later.
