News has come through after a press release today of the signing by Manly of our promising young junior, Tony Williams.

Below, is a list of Parramatta supporters from the League Unlimited site that are not only angry with this decision, but disappointed with the current direction this club is taking with regards to it's recruitment policy.

Ron Jeremy, this is an absolute disgrace, considering Parramatta's rationale has always been retaining juniors throughout the rank hence not being totally active in the player market.

The news is pathetic, and a disgrace to Parramatta fans everywhere. No sugar coating tripe is going to remove my disgust, another disgracful saga yet emerges, and you wonder why we have not won anything since 1986.

I'd like to ask the question 'what is the plan with our buying/retention policy?' The Club has regularly sprouted that we are not in the market for top players that come onto the open market due to the importance that we place on retaining our juniors however we somehow let without a doubt 'our most promising junior' slip through our fingers. As fans surely we have the right to know what plans the Club have?
