That's it - Fiji had great line defence and nd few good tries - Tonga looked better everywhere else.
Uate was three levels above everyone else.

I have a couple of questions after seeing that..

firstly, who is Rohan Smith and how was he selected to coach Tonga? Is he any good? What happened to Jim Dymock??

How pathetic is it that the coach of Tonga doesnt know what is coming up for the Tongan national team..

Rohan Smith - son of Brian Smith - nephew of Tony Smith - first coaching job was assistant at London quins for 3 years I think, spent last year as assistant at Newcastle, this year coached Newcastle NYC, next year i think Parra NYC.

Im going to make an out there statement, but I believe Auila Uate will be the best ever Fijian rugby league player, surpassing the likes of Lote Tuquri and Noa Nadruku. His explosive power is phenomenal.
He needs to leave Newcastle.
Because he is a shy boy and didn't speak fluent English or know much about football when he arrived, he is treated like the village idiot in Newcastle, and plays accordingly.
We only see what he can do when he plays for Fiji and gets some respect.
He would already be a superstar if he played for Melbourne - and could write his own ticket in the ESL.

I don't think anyone could have predicted that Tonga and Samoa would be the bottom two teams in the Pacific Cup. They should have to play next year to earn the right to play in the main tournament if they keep it at just four teams.

No. How pathetic is it that there's no international programme in place for the next five years on a rolling schedule. He doesn't know what's on the horizon for Tonga because at this moment in time there isn't anything lined up for them.
