Beau Ryan lasted about 10 minutes. He was walking freely, and did not want to come off, but it was troubling him slightly. Also copped a knock to the head early on.
Nathan Stapleton was knocked into the middle of next week on one of newcastles tries. Assisted off the field.

I know what you are saying Coolum but unfortunately injuries are part & parcel of the game, as are trials.

If the injuries are described as "not major" by the coach, I'll take that any day.
