He's been in some pretty good form this year, compared to last year.

Interestingly he put that one in playing on the left.

Unbelievable, 65% possession and didnt win. A million shots on target, Ade missed 2 from within the box.

Sunderland stats, 1 shot on target and 2 goals, one from a deflection and an own goal from Kane.

About time we give some of these newbies a run, especially Fazio

We look much better than last season, but our defence is still a shambles. Every time Sunderland had possession near our box they looked like scoring which isn't good enough. Fazio, Davies will hopefully become mainstays because Kaboul Rose and Chiriches aren't up to it.

And Dier isn't a RB... Praying for Walker to come back soon.

Dembele, Eriksen and Lamela were good, hopefully Lamela finds his scoring touch soon, he's had plenty of opportunities.

Walker wont be back for a while yet, Naughton is the only other option but Dier has been good, he just had an off night

Seems strange to me, Kaboul is probably our 4th best CB. Probably giving Ade the vice captaincyv to motivate him?

agree but that's not the reason to make someone VC

as one spurs fan has said, he is club captain, not team captain so its more of an honorary position as surely he wont be playing in the big games

cant wait to see Fazio get a run but not sure why we are holding him back, he will surely play on Friday

Typical Benny

He was given an open release from his contract last window to go and play where ever he wanted but couldn't find a bidder for his wages, so we are still paying him for the rest of this season.

I don't think he is playing anywhere atm.

could be interresting, wonder how much he would cost ?

But despite having settled in well alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and co. at the Bernabeu, Bale admits he still loves Tottenham and won’t rule out pulling on the white shirt again later in his career.

‘Tottenham will always have a place in my heart. I hope the fans still love me even though I’ve moved on,’ he told BT Sport.

‘I love Spurs fans. You never know, I could come back one day.

Really getting sick of this shit, that's the worst central defence pairing I've ever seen in a Spurs shirt

Well that was absolute shit for 70 minutes, then we bring on 3 youngsters and bang bang bang, we're up 3-1.

I think we'll see alot more of Mason in the premier league.
