Hey guys,

Just wondering how's Lamela been going lately?

Nothing too special. It's strange, he was brought in to be a skilful goal scoring type, but lately he's turned out to be a pressure/defensive type midfielder.

He's quite quick and tackles hard and has been crucial to Poch's style of play, which is trying to press and win the ball back straight away after losing it. Definitely not the role expected of him but he's been pretty decent at it.

As far as his attack goes he still gives away the ball a bit much, but he put in a few nice balls (+ assist) against Liverpool and a lot of our attack went through him. He has a good eye for a through ball and works well with Soldado. I think the Europa is where we will see the best of him.

He's improving anyway.

• Club offices relocate to Lilywhite House
• Restored Club clock returns
The Club is delighted to announce that Lilywhite House, which represents Phase 1 of the new stadium development, is now complete.
Lilywhite House includes the Sainsbury’s supermarket, which opened in November 2013, and the University Technical College of Tottenham, which opened in September 2014. It will now also be home to the Club’s new administration offices and the Stadium Project Office on the top floor.
Additionally, the Club is delighted to confirm that works to restore the iconic Tottenham Hotspur Cockerel and Clock have been completed.
The famous Clock, which has been a Spurs landmark for more than 70 years is now housed in the reception area of the new Club offices at Lilywhite House.

Well that was disappointing, all over Fiorentina and we should have scored a lot more then they get a goal from a deflection, but thats footy.

Looks like Poch was trying to conserve players looking at our starting line up and the talent sitting on the bench for most of the game, pretty busy week coming up.

Yeah not really the result we wanted but still in it next week and think we have a good chance at doing it.

General thought, whenever we are chasing a goal and put on another striker, it never works. Kane came on today for Chadli and the pendulum switched to them big time.

Two games, this one and against Liverpool, we were playing well and creating chances, and as soon as we bring the second striker on everything unravels. We can't keep the ball and end up just booting the ball upfield. Always need a midfielder at CAM

Might find it hard to watch A-League.

Can say this EPL is high quality.........can see the class.

I find it easy to watch both. As long as you don't expect the a league to be something its not it's actually a decent watch.

The less said about that the better. At least we only used a few starters.

I swear nearly every goal we concede comes directly from our mistakes, does that happen with other teams? It very rarely feels like the other teams actually score through good play.
