we're already in advanced talks with a few impressive targets for summer and if half of them come off then we'll be pretty competitive in CL next year assuming we can stay in out current spot, only takes one bad month for the wheels to fall off and we get a tricky month coming up

You don't know who your manager will be in the Summer though, 'Arry might be in jail or a fate even worse, managing England.

Mostly in French I assume. With Squillaci yelling from the stands.

Tbh I've always wondered what language players in diverse clubs use on the pitch.

They speak English.

Wenger said many moons ago that Arsenal is an English club and the players should all speak English when playing for them.

It means everyone is speaking the same language.

I think he's pretty safe

He really wants to manage England. The only thing that may stop him is this fraud thing.

I wouldn't take advanced talks with people as gospel or anything (not saying you are btw). Clubs are always in talks with players according to sources and you rarely end up with them.

Talk for the summer is Ade from City or Barrios from Dortmund and probably a few you don't need, all on a free.
But as i say, probably balderdash and piffle.

Even if he's found guilty he may only get a fine but the trial appears to be going well.

Whatever happens happens. No one is irreplaceable.

He's in 2 minds about the England job from his quotes, I think he'd like a bit more time at Spurs but the England job may not be available then.

I'm not fussed about Ade, if we get him cheap then good but he'll have to drop his wage demands, if we dont get him then I'm sure we'll find some one else so in a way its good cuz he's gotta bust his arse now till the end of the season.

We tried to get him last week btw for 8 mill and Citeh rejected the offer.

Yago Falque - Southampton
Tom Carroll - Derby

Ehh often in away games we just forget how to play and kick the ball long constantly. this is one of those games.

We're in trouble I think

big difference without Lennon and VDV, these young guys are OK but not what we need to win these games

and this is our bench

Cudicini, Saha, Rose, Nelsen, Khumalo, Luongo, Lancaster

only Rose has played for us previously and Lancaster played the last few minutes against Wigan, such a contrast to what we are used to seeing

his charter jet shit itself, can anything else go wrong

Luongo is Aussie as well, so we got an Aussie and a Kiwi on the bench, lol

all things considered, I'd take a draw

weakest team we have fielded all year

Yeah I'll take it, Bale had a bit of an off night but still was one of the most dangerous on the pitch.

Tough few games coming up

I'm looking forward to the games coming up, it will tell us exactly where we are as long as we get some of our play makers back

and once again I see no reason to break our wage structure record to keep Ade, he takes 3 or 4 touches to get set and turns over the ball far too much, even our coaching staff saw that and hooked him. I wonder if H would have hooked him

about time bale was booked for diving, been his pet play for a couple of seasons now to knock the ball the opposite side of the defender and draw contact running the other side.
