Well that scoreboard sucked, we had a crap first 20 minutes but fought back well.

Shame that Ade was given offside for Daws goal as that would have made it 3-2 and we were fighting back pretty well but that send off of Rose made it hard. Its hard enough to beat Citihad with 11 men but no chance with 10. I thought Rose was a bit stiff as he got to the ball first, seems alot of people agree.

He clearly got the the ball first, have a look at Hugh Laurie's comment at the bottom of the article.

On the upside Rose was playing very well till he got nuked. Very impressed with Bentilab, for a 19 year of kid he was not overwhelmed and his passing was very slick.

Interesting comment by the commentators, since they became Citihad they have spend 600 million on transfers compared to Spurs zero nett spend.

One thing that pissed me off alot was the amount of time that Citihad players spent rolling around on the ground clutching at ankles and knees, it was just ridiculous. Biggest bunch of softcocks in the PL.

I thought bentaleb was pretty average to be honest. I've been impressed with him in most games but the two he has played against arsenal and man city he has been out of his depth. Which of course is expected because of his age. With dembele paulinho and Sandro healthy we have no need to play him in EPL games, can save him for Europa.

I'm ok with that. He wasn't going to get much chance to impress at spurs this season . Plus I don't mind Fulham and hope they stay up.

Something is still not right about us, hasn't been all season. But I'll take the three points for sure. Everton were terrible. I must say I've seen nothing since Sherwood has taken over to convince me that we could beat any of the teams in front of us at the moment.

Strange season this one, we've got a decent points tally but I can't remember any matches that we've played really well in.

Good to see from Holtby, even if it wasn't for us --

I doubt we'll see Holtby back, the idea of loaning him out was to give him constant EPL exposure so we can cash in on him at the end of the season which shouldn't be too hard as we only paid 1.5 mill for him.

Never know, if he plays well enough the new manager might like him.

If he can lift his game he's a great squad player and good back up for Eriksen etc (although granted he might want to be more than that)

If we keep him you would think we would have to ditch Siggy and a few others and I dont there is a stand out apart from Eriksen.

Problem with that is he is now being played on the left in a 442, he like Siggy and Holtby are central attacking mids that would play in hole or just of Paulinho, our squad was recruited to AVBs plans of having a lone striker and lots of goal scoring mid fielders so our squad needs a bit of tweaking

We also have Bentilab coming through and we took Livermore back from loan so we got 3 DMs. Really not sure whats going on with the shape of our squad.

cant argue with his effort and his scoring rate since AVB left

he's made AVB look pretty stupid

Adebayor is definitely in form now
Would love to see both Spurs and Liverpool finish top four but there is only room for one of us this year by the looks of it.
