yeh, he is definitely consulted but thats about it and they have had their moments from what I've heard especially in the previous transfer window. Harry f**ked up, we got no one and he admitted when the widow closed, we could have got Suarez and we had CL footy but he wouldn't pay what he was worth, so he went to Scousers.
Harry likes to look for bargains and wont pay market price, which he calls overs, whereas Levy has more ambition and believes if we want to be a top 4 team we need to pay the type of money and wages that top 4 teams pay (to an extent)
Harry probably had more of a say at other clubs but Levy is the man at Spurs.
Personally I dont believe Harry is a top 4 team manager, he's good at avoiding relegation and getting teams into the top half of the ladder and I think that is his strength. If Harry goes onto manage England it could be a good thing for spurs but that may also depend on who replaces him.
