Is it that we FULLY haven't agreed terms or that he is laying it out for after EURO? I personally think it's the latter.

Also any hopes of the Toots, Gunners or Manure landing Miguel Veloso have suffered a massive blow, Sporting apparently seeking just under 25 million pounds to let him go.

I doubt Spurs, or anyone for that matter, would pay that much for him, he's worth about €15m at best

Adebayor Agrees Milan Move

According to sources in Italy, Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor has agreed to join AC Milan, and all that is required to complete the deal is for the Rossoneri to meet the Gunners’ €40m asking price.

Milan are well known to be in the market for a top class centre forward, and a couple of weeks ago Coach Carlo Ancelotti announced that the club would be signing one out of Samuel Eto’o, Didier Drogba, Adebayor or Amauri.

With the latter having since joined Juventus, only three of these possibilities remain, and according to sources in Italy, it is Adebayor who will be filling the gap in the Rossoneri frontline.

Adebayor has come to an agreement over personal terms to join the Diavoli, and all that is required to complete the deal is for Milan to meet Arsenal’s asking price, which is set at a cool €40m.

Silvio Berlusconi and Adriano Galliani would ideally like to lower this price, but are prepared to break the bank having recently vowed to spend big this summer.

Only a few days ago, Adebayor vowed to stay at Arsenal.

“I came to Arsenal with a mission to succeed," he explained.

"I’ve assured the gaffer Arsène Wenger I’ll stay because I believe in the team and I want to assure the fans my concentration is here. I have no reason to leave so I’ll stay to ensure that together we’ll win silverware."

Mathieu Flamini has already joined Milan on a free transfer this summer, while Aliaksandr Hleb seems almost certain to follow him out of the exit door. If Adebayor were to leave too, it would certainly be an almost irreparable blow to Arsenal ahead of the 2008/09 season.

hard to say exactly, started off at €6m and is now being reported at double that, some are reporting pounds some are reporting euros

alot depends on the value put on the incentives and whether those incentives are actually reached

Bosnich -> Mariners

according to Foxports morning news

http://www.foxsports.com.au/story/0,8659,23819179-5000940,00.html

Mariners may approach Bosnich

June 05, 2008 CONTROVERSIAL former Australia goalkeeper Mark Bosnich has been offered a guest stint with A-League club Central Coast Mariners.
With regular goalkeeper Danny Vukovic suspended for the first seven games of the season, the Mariners are understood to have approached the former Aston Villa custodian about a short term deal.
It has been reported Bosnich, 36, had discussions with the club's deputy chairman Peter Turnbull, when he was in Australia attending the FIFA Congress.
While coach Lawrie McKinna denied there had been an approach to Bosnich he said the club would happily consider him.
"He's been a quality goalkeeper over the years,'' McKinna said.
"You never say never and Mark Bosnich was one of the best keepers in the world on his day, and if he was fit and back in shape, of course you'd look at him.''
Bosnich struggled for regular first team football after moving from Aston Villa to Manchester United in 1999, then briefly Chelsea.
He developed a cocaine addiction and was regularly featured in the English tabloids with ongoing relationship dramas.
Bosnich last played a professional match in 2002 but trained with Queens Park Rangers last year.

Would be a good signing imo.

Anyone is better than Trott. I'd put Lawrie in goals over Trott.

.

Need to sign him before the pre season cup so he can get some games.

Lost a stack of weight, and done a lot of training in england with QPR.

If he is fit, and motivated - could be a terrific signing. Even a glimmer of his best will be enough to consign Vukovic to the bench when his suspension is over.

Totally agree.

If he had half or a full season of A-League under his belt, surely he'd be the #2 behind Schwartz?
