Would have to be some serious $$$ to convince Valencia to part with him. It's quite sad to think that a player of the quality of Villa would go to a club like Manchester City. I suppose he might have become accustomed to relegation fights by now.

I am undecided. He is only 23 and probably just needs a change of scenery.

At the right price it could be a very good buy, but there is a bit of risk involved as he's never played in Italy before, a step above the quality of the Bundesliga.

Lol Podolski has changed his mind about Roma it seems. His preference is either FC Koln or Barcelona. He says he wants to get back into the German national team, how he expects to do that from the barcelona bench/reserve team is mind boggling, unless he thinks he's going to get a start ahead of Eto'o, Henry, Krkic, etc.

podolski's preference was always köln (where he played since he was 9 or 10) or barca (the team he supported as a kid)
