Transfer Rumours

oh, do tell

Complaining about training with the professional players and playing with the amateurs. Says he has no motivation  that quote says it all about him. He really picked the wrong time to say that with Tymoschuk's departure and Sebastian Rode off contract next year.

Another brat who has proven nothing but thinks the world is at his feet at 19.

more movement at Werder Breman, this quote from their FB page

never hard of this guy so any info would be appreciated

Cedrick Makiadi changes for the new season to Werder Bremen. The Freiburg midfielder will play the next three seasons on the river Weser. Makiadi is looking forward to the Green-whites: "Werder is a big club. I wanted to take this opportunity and assume responsibility on a young team. That Robin Dutt is now coach at Bremen, am very happy. He knows me and knows my strengths."

Jesus Navas quits Seville to join Silva at Manchester City

REUTERS TUESDAY 04 JUNE 2013

Spain winger Jesus Navas will leave Seville after 10 seasons and join international team mate David Silva at Manchester City, the La Liga club said on Monday.

"Seville FC has accepted the English club's offer, taking into account the wishes of the player, who will have to pass a medical," Seville said on their website.

"Navas ... wants to continue his successful sporting career in English football, more precisely at a club at which he can continue to develop as a footballer, as he has publicly stated on various occasions in recent months," they added.

Navas has been tormenting defenders with his electric runs down the right wing since making his top-flight debut for Seville in 2003.

The 27-year-old was a key part of the team that won the Uefa Cup in 2006 and 2007 but was unable to take up a place in the Spain squad for many years due to fears about travelling away from his Andalusian home.

He overcame his anxiety to help them win their first World Cup in 2010 and was part of the squad that defended Spain's European crown last year.

Coach Vicente del Bosque typically uses Navas as an impact player who enters late in the game when the opposition defence is tiring.

It was Navas who picked up the ball deep in the Spain half in the 2010 World Cup final against Netherlands and his burst of speed up the line set in motion the move that culminated in Andres Iniesta's winning goal.

Despite his slight frame, he is a tenacious tackler and ball winner but has been criticised at times for a lack of goal-scoring prowess and did not find the net at all for Sevilla in 37 La Liga appearances last season.

He has made 22 appearances for Spain, scoring two goals.

Given he was on Gladbach's books, it's better if he was at a club in the 1.BL rather than the 2.BL.

That being said, FSV weren't far off promotion this season.

It's better that he plays first team football rather than warm the bench or play in the regional leagues with the amateurs IMO despite what Pim Verbeek once said.

Apparently Real Betis keeper Adrian has signed for west ham on a free.

From what I have read about him he could be a good signing, can't recall seeing him play though.

And Aussie Dylan Tombides has signed a new contract with the club. Has had some shit luck with testicular cancer and recently a liver operation.

Has a bunch of potential so hopefully all goes well.

Everton have confirmed that Martinez has signed on for four years

Fulham have also signed Maarten Stekelenburg from Roma. It'll be interesting to see where that leaves Schwarzer...

no mention of how much Nevas transfer ?

Have heard figures ranging between 12-20 millI.

Is it even a good transfer? Only got 6 assists last season, not the biggest winger going around either may be an issue in the EPL.
