Is it me or is yeo a string bean junk forward? I dont rate him.
Where is RCG? AND cartwright is a great talent.Needs to know when not too pass .Either way needs to be in origin as nsw lack points

RCG is injured. Yeo was good in NYC a slow burn in NRL but needs a stint playing in the forwards to see what he has

On your Backline why would this not work?

Norman
Radradra
Jennings
Cutherson
Gordon
Foran
Kelly/Cornish

Norman and Foran are both left side players Gordon doesn't offer any attack back there so surely the extra organiser is better?

Arthur basically said he wants a busy fullback rather than a playmaker. He said that in previous years we've lacked enough people pushing up in support. He also said support play is one of Foran's strengths. No support means no effective offloads, means no second phase play.

Gutherson is probably more naturally a fullback - so one imagines he will play the same kind of switching role with Gordon that Holmes played last year.

Norman is wasted at FB, much better defensively in the front line than at the back, and he is a 'shot caller' in the halves. Much more needed there.

i was worried about the fullback spot if gordon was the get injured but then i was reminded we have gutherson. So i think we got all bases covered.

Cornish would take Norman's spot in the team if he weren't there and he's also a left side player, so the only way we can have a left and right side half is if Kelly pairs with any of our other 3 halves...I don't think anybody at Parramatta wants to see Kelly used as one of our starting halves.

That backline is weaker than what we already have. If we need the extra play-maker in the backline then Norman will fill the sweeping fullback role.

Becuase Kelly and Cornish aren't first choice NRL standard and are back ups at best.

We just got rid of Sandow after four years, so please let our two best halves play in the halves - the other positions take care of themselves!

Not sure this is true.

Does anybody know how many interchanges are allowed tonight?

Unlimited.

Essentially the reason the coaches may decide is because they often play good teams for a half and then replace more than half the team in the second. That is the reason it is hard to gauge form in a trial based on the result alone.
