The messages don't look good and the situation is one which, from what we know, can be easily avoided.

Don't put yourself in a situation which is hard to explain. Don't think with your dick is another idea.

Young players need to be aware that anything can find it's way into the media stream, rightly or wrongly. Its the world we live in.

gets them to record their name and their consent on his phone before sex.
They'd have to list the acts that are consented to as well and any other conditions (ie condom, can you leave hickeys, etc etc) or it wouldn't stand up. By the time that is done might as well just go home and squeeze one out without having to worry about knocks at the door.

The media are experts at giving just enough information to keep the reader intrigued.

I think it will be a very messy situation. I feel sorry for whichever party has been wronged. No one should have to go through that. I wish the media wouldn't report on these cases. All they do is make things harder for everyone involved.

I agree with this. Blue Bags isn't making life easy as he seems to be the forum news agency. Haha.

If he drugged her I am sure we all agree what the outcome should be.
But it does become an interesting one if he didn't drug her and she is arguing I don't remember it so therefore he must be guilty.
There is a scene from 'What happens in Vegas' (only 12 year ago) where Cameron Diaz wakes up next to Ashton Kutcher and is surprised and ashamed but its meant to just be a funny scene. Same as that funny scene in Big Bang Theory where Penny has no idea what Raj did or did not do with her the night before because she was well drunk.

I often get my moral guidance from B grade Hollywood movies and the Big Bang Theory

The allegations doesn't support that though. Do you drug someone so they blackout only to ask permission?

So the only fate that is sealed is it will be messy

Mate if(and its a big if) he has really had to ask her mate if it was alright he has f**ked himself, whether he drugged her or not its rape if she wasnt sober enough to give consent.

Yeah I really doubt that's what the text messages meant.
That just doesn't make sense.
