remind me, share your great knowledge of Ray Lindwall again

Aside from mindless insults, you really have nothing - pretty funny

what the bowling average i said i got wrong?

perhaps you should remind me about your vast knowledge of the bowling degrees that were changed

and that numerous other wrong statements you made

or tell us more about how you save pictures of monkeys masturbating

This message needs reporting for being highly offensive.

Quick, someone call a moderator!

Yes, I am very hurt... how dare someone say such things - hopefully the forum police will tackle this gutless cyber bullying

BTW, loving the speed radar this summer, already had two bowlers (Starc and Wagner) out of the blue bowling 160km/h (Starc adding 10 km/h and Wagner nearly 20 km/h to pretty much anything else they bowled) - then earlier I saw a Siddle over, something like 128, 126, 140, 126, 127  yeah right....

Siddle has bowled quiet a bit faster today, he had an extra bunch of bananas for breakfast

Whinging? Nah, I am pleased that a Kiwi was the second bowler to clock 160 in a test, and Siddle still has pace

Davey Dumb Dumb - he might be as thick as you

No M Marsh, surely this is where the levers and toys could be unveiled to the world

second ?

nah

I'd say about 5th, Tommo, Shoab Akhtar and Bing all over 160 km prior to Starc registering his 160ks. There may even be another one who's name I cant remember

Are you sure that Tait, Akhtar and Bing were not one day cricket matches? Are you sure that Thommo was not timed in the nets? I thought he and Lillee were timed in a match and Thommo got 160 - but it appears that could have been nets or exhibition matches in 1975 and 1976. A radar timed Thommo at 160+.

Ahktar and Bing, yes

Tait no, he played f**k all tests

Tommo was clocked during a special net session to time his bowling as there were no speed guns back then.

There is one more I cant think of, Paki I think he was

I dont think Steyne ever got up there

Can you provide any link to Akhtar and Bing doing this in tests? That Guardian article states ODI's. I'm quite interested now.

Here is a Pakistani newspaper saying that Starc is the fastest and first to be recorded to go past 160 in tests.

Sorry, unless you can confirm that Thommo was recorded in a test match, I gotta say that it looks like JJ was 100% accurate and that you were wrong to correct him.

It does not look like Akhtar nor Lee did it in a test match that was recorded. Lee once had a ball register over 160 in a match of unknown type in 2000, but two other radars confirmed it was only in the 140kms.

Mohammad Zahid i think, played a few test and ODI's did his back and was never heard of again.
