Our only hope is Pakistan to beat WI and then Pakistan to lose to Bangladesh (funnier things have happened). That will leave them both on 4 points.

We would need to beat both india and Bangladesh convincingly and then need to have a higher run rate than Pak and WI

Pretty much a very slim to nil chance

On the topic of WI's dancing around as if they just won the entire tournament.. that signifies just where the state of West Indian cricket is at right now, long gone are the days where they were one of the all time great cricket teams, they're a farce in every format of the game except for the one format that feeds the ego of non-team players

They'd get flogged 3-0 in a 3 test match series against us, I have no hesitation in saying that either.

You might be careful making such accusations around here. I got in strife for insinuating that Pakistan threw the 2011 Syd test against Australia. Fair enough, too. No evidence of match fixing was ever found but the fact Mike Hussey was dropped 36 times on the way to scoring his match winning hundred and the circumstances of some of their dismissals during the run chase provided cause for suspicion.
