Was once was my favorite show, but Charlie Sheen living the life he portrays as Charlie Harper really got to me. He was always finding himself in trouble. And just when you thought he was ready to get back on his feet and start clean, something else happens. Funny this all happens the same time Todd Carney gets done for DUI after we all thought he cleaned himself up.

I really see two and a half men getting it's current contract with CBS (which ends after season 9) heading for the shredder. Such a sad way to end what was once the worlds #1 sitcom. Not even a proper ending.

Never bite the hand that feeds you Charlie.

It was never the worlds number 1 sitcom. Moderately funny at times, certainly watchable, but certainly not a classic.

As for the ending not being proper, it's already leaked, here it is

I said "was", and yes, it "was" the worlds #1 sitcom.

CBS is clearly the modern-day sitcom Goliath, and whichever CBS sitcom is #1 is #1 in the world.

Looks like TBBT is now #1

Eh, was never a fan of the show but to give it some credit it was extremely accessible and I could watch it with just about anyone, which is something that can't be said about other tv shows out there.

Never liked it though, could never seperate Charlie's character from the actor (spose that was the point) who always rubbed me the wrong way, basically as the guy with potential who throws it all a way like a lost cause. Never enjoyed John Cryer either as the dweeby brother. The kid was alright in the beginning but then he got older and became useless.

Thank f**k this garbage is off the TV but now unfortunately we have to put up with Fox mercilessly running repeats constantly until the end of time.

Charlie Sheen should have retired from acting after Wall Street and down the world a favour.

The fact that this show lasted so long (and may yet continue) whist a show like Arrested Development was cancelled mid-season says alot about the stupidity of Americans/tv watchers.

Was a good show, but definately got lamer in the last couple of years, shame it cant get a decent finish.

On another note Charlie Sheen is giving Cruise a run as the lunatic of my generation.
