That has been tried. He does not get involved when playing that roleThink Dufty, could make a good, backline utility Opption. Bring him on after 30min.See if he can sniff out a try.

Hi Saint PeteThank you DD! I know you are a loyal Dragon!
Well Dragon Dave, I think the remaining draw gives us a chance! I would qualify that by saying we need a few stipulations:- 1. We must have DeBelin and Lomax in the team. 2. Hunt must take on the line. 3. Dufty must be in good attacking form! If those 3 conditions apply - we can be top 5!I am a very staunch Dragon supporter Saint Pete and I'm thinking you are as well.
How do you think we will go for the rest of the year?
Thanks for your input Saint Pete. I would have to add that our forwards need to fire from now until the last game and all of the players maintain better security of the ball, an eye to detail, minimise mistakes and 6 agains. A lot I know but essential if we are to be in the finals.Well Dragon Dave, I think the remaining draw gives us a chance! I would qualify that by saying we need a few stipulations:- 1. That was last year, maybe he's learned something from Hook? That has been tried. He does not get involved when playing that role
He may have but hooks not waiting around to find out.As other parts have not sunk inThat was last year, maybe he's learned something from Hook?
Why is Dufty getting dropped or suspended for this one? Can’t wait to see this kid run out again for us against Manly.
Yep I’m backing Tyrell to play well, first game nerves will be gone & he can get more involved. Can’t wait to see this kid run out again for us against Manly.
100% agree. It’s time for Norman to step aside his goal line defence is terrible. And he didn't disapoint.
Gives me someone to look will forward to watching. Now bring on the young halves.
I would be prone next week to try Dufty at 5/8 at least for a half w say Bird to jump in to 5/8 if it goes pear shaped...keep sloan fullback..100% agree. It’s time for Norman to step aside his goal line defence is terrible.

So far after 2 NRL games, when comparing Tyrell to Matt Dufty, Tyrell has proven to be:
safer under the high ball
Positionally better when difusing short kicks into our in goal area
better at backing up the ball carrier
better defender in a one on one situation
He is also slightly heavier and has similar speed.
Can’t remember the last time we scored from a long range punt like that. He showed great pace and poise to put Beale in for his try.
Dufty ball playing wasn't that good in his first year.Agree, but Dufty is a better / brilliant ball player, probably a bit more elusive and has more speed off the mark. Anyway, we’ve moved on from Dufty and Sloan looks a more rounded player on initial glance.
Our 5/8th (Norman) is not a great ball player and nor is our Hooker. I really hope Sullivan or Amone have a kicking game because both can ball play and both have a running game.
As I said elsewhere- 2 games and I am a fan of Sloan!Dufty ball playing wasn't that good in his first year.
Sloan can ball play and has played a lot of 5/8, has a kicking game too.
Amone and Sullivan have kicking games too.
