Honestly you have no idea of what you are talking about.

Honestly, I've the right to my opinion and as do you, and honestly at least I can explain my opinion instead of just sitting back and criticizing like the self centred person that you appear to be.

Maybe but someone has to be, and it has to start somewhere with DA showing he isnt afraid to drop people, pity cayless didnt go to so as to wake him up

Sorry Raudonikis, have to disagree there, Cayless earnt his spot for this week.

167 metres from 20 hitups, 32 tackles and 2 offloads are good stats.

I disagree. I think Eels Dude made some valid points about starting a 60-80 minute player instead of Jo who may be a 40 minute impact player (or injured).

Benching Galavao is not the main issue, the attitude of the team is the problem. He is probably injured from the poke in the eye and they are waiting on his fitness.

it's not like we have an abundance of experienced back rowers that we can just afford to chop and change every week.

Oake and Lowrie can at least play 60 minutes + if needed, Joe is lucky to play 40. We need backrowers in the side who can be able to play 80 minutes if needed. Joe G will play 35 -45 minutes whether he's starting or on the bench, it doesn't matter.

Ok to explain myself, Oak and lowrie may very well play longer than Joe G,but that doesnt mean he cant, when i said you have no idea well it was in reguard to you virtually saying you put those 2 above Joe G,and quite frankly his 40 mins way out do both those 2 doing 60 mins.neither oak nor lowrie belong in first grade>> IMO<<
but yes you are right you are entitled to yours

1 game in 6 weeks from our leader, and they get flogged as well!

Yeah it kind of reminds me of Damien Martyn's test career. Every now and then he'd pull a ton out of the bag when he was on the verge of being dropped... then would go back to his boring old self.

Fair enough. I never said I rate those blokes above Joe G though. What I mean is in relation to the overall structure of the side having Joe G on the bench and having him come in 25 minutes into the game fresh as a daisy and running at tired opposition players can be an assett. He's more damaging that way. If we actually start a game well, which we have not done this year, we'll see the benefits of his attacking talent. I just believe starting hardworking backrowers to draw us into the game is not a bad tactic at at this stage. If our forwards can get on a roll Joe could be an X factor, a la Dean Widders in '05.

He is terrible.I would much rather have a leader that shows true grit and determination with passion for his club than one who trotts out the same old manure in every post match press conference about himself and the team not being committed to play the game with heart. Fire up and give us(the fans) something to show up for.
For buddahs sake.:x:x:x:x:x

Yeah mate but a pity we dont have those hard workers who are of top grade standard, they dont stand up to be counted,we shall agree to dissagree ;-)

i agree with everyone here, how Joe is not in the team is beyond me, unless he is injured. He has been our best forward after fui all year and deserved to be there. Oake hasnt done much to impress me either.

It really makes me wonder if DA is actually playing most players to get a feel for how they go in light for the rest of this year and who to keep for next year.

Haha well I'll certainly agree with you on that last statement. But I am hoping Anderson will kick them into gear, and I'm hoping that the blokes that have the right attitude will stand up in coming weeks and earn those first grade spots which are so easily up for grabs at the moment. If there is an oppurtunity for our young forwards to prove themselves up to first grade standard then now is the time.

Oake,Weller and Lowrie are not up to first grade as simple as that, Joey G has been one of the few bright spots this season. Not sure what the go is there......

Oake, Lowrie, Smith, Hauraki..

I miss Glenn Morrison, Ian Hindmarsh and Chad Robinson.. Even Henry Perenara was a better player then the nuffies we currently have.

As much as the majority of people complained because Hagan wouldn't admit there were problems and picked the same team every week out of pure stupidity and ignorance, I think it's worse having a coach that talks tough about performance and attitude problems and then drops players not directly responsible for the teams piss weak defence and lack of go forward.

Apart from Hindy, Moi Moi, Keating, and Galavao the remaining forwards, run on and bench, should be dropped.

And FFS what's the point of playing Robson in the 14?

Oake, Lowrie are not first choice NRL players, and to be honest how Todd has played as many first grade games as he has astounds me. He tries hard, but basically is pretty ineffective in running the ball, and has no upper body strength to pull down opposing forwards, we need to see past this year as the roster is full of holes.

I put cash on the wooden spoon as the odds were too good to refuse, I imagine that they are a lot worse than the $9 I got last week

Joe looked in a fair bit of trouble on Sunday tbh...it's no surprise to see him named outside the top 17 pending a fitness test given I thought he'd be out totally. I don't think Tautai is that much better than Inu, but maybe it'll be the kick in the pants Kris needs. I'd have picked Jono Wright, personally....bugger lack of experience, we're "rebuilding" anyway. Good luck to Etu as well, he deserves his shot

My choice would be

1. Luke BURT
2. Etu UAISELE
3. Ben SMITH
4. Jarryd HAYNE
5. Joel REDDY
6. Feleti MATEO
7. Kris KEATING
8. Nathan CAYLESS
9. Matthew KEATING
10. Fuifui MOIMOI
11. Nathan HINDMARSH
12. Weller HAURAKI
13. Joe GALUVAO

14. Kevin KINGSTON
15. Todd LOWRIE
16. Tim MANNAH
17. Brendan OAKE

I can't see the point in playing a halfback on the bench, and it's a real bugger that Brod Wright got injured on the weekend.
