The whole thing has nearly sold out, apparently only a few bronze tickets left. I never would have imagined it would be this popular and not sure if this is a UFC record or not, but has any UFC sold out before 1 fight has even been officially announced?

Less than 3 weeks to go.

Will be getting super excited after this Sunday when they will be advertising it non stop.

Notice how all the major Newpapers now have a special section for MMA, 3 months ago they were bagging the sport but now realise how popular it is they jump on the bandwagon.

Looks like the card for UFC 110 is nearing completion:

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs Cain Velasquez
Michael Bisping vs Wanderlai Silva
Keith Jardine vs Ryan Bader
Joe Stevenson vs George Sotiropoulos
Mirko Cro Cop vs Ben Rothwell

Undercard:

Dong Hyun Kim vs Chris Lytle
Krzysztof Soszynski vs Stephan Bonnar
Elvis Sinosic vs Chris Haseman
James Te Huna vs Igor Pokrajac

Given the way every UFC show has been cursed lately you can't write any of that in stone, but if it's even close to accurate that's a damn good lineup, much better than i expected we'd end up with.

This is a surprisingly good line up for an event on foreign soil. Quite a few big names.

Pro tip: Did you know Chris Haseman is the wrestling coach at the Brisbane Broncos?

Certainly did. Am picking Elvis to take the win.

Lets go Haseman!!! Go Broncos!

this is gonna be so godamn good! managing to fit quite a bit of stuff into the trip as well. If only a Broncos away game was on as well hehe.

Im faced with a dilemma. I will almost definetly be the only guy cheering Joe Stevenson against George Sotiropoulos. I love George and would love to see him rise through the ranks. But Joe, along with Rampage have been my fave fighters since i got into the sport.

Only 9 days to go!
The build up for this is awesome, one HD are really programming a lot of MMA over the next week and a bit in the lead up as well.

For those that missed tiickets, a good alternative might be the viewing party on at the Acer arena ballroom. A $50 ticket gets you into the venue where you can watch the event live on big screens with some current UFC fighters. It is hosted by Randy Couture who will also be doing a Q & A session for the fans.

Tickets for the viewing party are at Ticketek

first of all good luck stripping Mariuz down to 265 pounds from like 320, he literally has to lose 25kg of muscle because if you've seen Mariuz without a shirt on, there's not much fat there.
Secondly being big and strong doesn't guarentee you success. Mariuz has no martial arts background and has been doing nothing but heavy weights since he was a boy, which is counter productive to your speed and mobility. People think Lesnar is just big and strong but he is a world class wrestler and was a collegiate heavyweight wrestling champion. Mariuz might be big and strong but that won't help if he cops a head kick from Cro Cop
