It is frightening what some people are capable of. Who the f**k stabs an 18 month old baby?

In some much more light-hearted news

http://news.nationalgeographic.com/...ises-video-zoo-helping-animals-science-mating

[Mating can be] aggressive too-they will ram each other, and the male will bite the female and chase her.

It may be a matter of wearing down the female. It's not too romantic.

You can see that the "hero," if you will, follows the other one away. That leads me to suspect that it's a male looking to breed with the female.

[Yes]—it's very likely that the tortoise that saves the tortoise is the one that got it on its back in the first place.

So like us :sarcasm:

not to mention the news down here has also been about the sentencing of that prick who suffocated his kids back around easter time as a payback to his ex-wife..

i'm just baffled at society at the moment..

It's got me absolutely f**ked how a father could do that to their kids as some sort of payback against the ex.

You had that piece of shit who threw his kids off the Westgate Bridge, than also the merkin who drove his car with his 3 kids into the lake.

No matter what happened between me and the missus, I would do all I could to make sure the kids were happy.

In regards to hospital parking, we don't pay a cent out at Campbelltown at the moment.

And I'm pretty sure Liverpool Public isn't too expensive.

You know, I never thought I'd say I was pro death penalty; but if they find the guy who murdered those eight kids in Cairns and can prove he did it - I'd be totally on board with them slowly roasting him while a crowd watched on and stoned him.

If Hell was a place, there'd be a special place reserved for child-killers. Without that to send him to, I hope they make his life as brutally hard as possible.

I have always been pro death penalty for vicious crimes provided proof of guilt is absolute. In this case death is too good. There have been far too many cases of parents doing some monstrous things to kids. Stabbing has to be close to the most horrible way to do it.

Decapitation for this one, honestly. Keep her brain intact. See if there is any possible reason.

Though probably not, people are f**ked.

Turns out it was the mother.

f**king whore can burn in hell.

That was my assumption from the beginning. Never was there a mention of anyone else, so it was either her or the son that turned up later. The fact she was the only one to survive the ordeal made her more suspicious.

She needs to be in gaol forever, no possibility of parole.

When my triplet boys were born they were kept in the neonatal icu and special care for 5 weeks in total at the mater. A 5 day parking ticket was about $100. So we would have spent over $500 on parking. They only offer concessions if you earn below a certain amount, we weren't eligible and we don't earn that much.

Shane walker the ex broncos player had also had a baby in the same ward, he offered for us to use his house to park our car. We didn't take up the offer but was a really nice gesture.

Tirplets ?

Jesus man.

I bet you and the missus knew you were alive then

Were they IVF babies ?

So this Sydney siege seems to have bought up quite a large conversation in regards to gun control and laws.

A ragepost from loonies who want to further their twisted agenda of freedom? Pass.

I'm one to believe, "Guns don't kill people, people kill people". Would loosening our gun laws lead to more gun related crimes? No doubt. But the same can be said for any factor where there's a co-relation of involvement.

I don't think we so much need to change our laws per say, but neither the US, or the Aus system is perfect and both have their drawback. Heck, I can do a simple gun course over here, get a license and I can buy a shotgun, a rifle, anything except a handgun.
