Don't be silly. Didn't you know the US never does anything unless oil is involved?

It's more for defence contractors. It's understandable to an extent as to members of the American far-right, defence is the only legitimate government expense so in many ways war is an elaborate welfare scheme.

Their shitty health care and education play into that. They've set up a system designed to ensure people fail so that their only real opportunity to take care of themselves and their family is joining the military.

why is it deemed by society to be okay to pick on someone based on the colour of their hair, but not on the colour of their skin?

Well, I don't pick on. But brunettes > all.

Also, passed all my Uni units. Which is a surprise, I thought I actually failed the scientific maths exam given how bad I am at maths. But ended up with a credit, which means I must've done good in the exam. In total, three credits and a distinction.

I think there's a rather large difference between the way redheads are picked on and the way black people have been systematically oppressed for generations

Alba's status on Facebook got me thinking, so I thought I'd get a conversation going over here:

If a dog you own attacks somebody who enters your property, should they still be put down? What if the person entering your property is a child who may not know better?

Dogs should not be attacking kids, if it were my kid the dog would be 6 feet under.

I tend to agree. I've no problem with dogs being trained to attack intruders, but they should be being taught that attacking children is not on.

For f**k sake I just wrote a reply to this and lost it.

Long story short:
- What kind of family pet/companion would viciously attack someone in their yard. Mine would be more likely to wag it's tail and lick the intruder's face.
- If people want their dogs to be guard dogs rather than the above than they should train them as such and such training you would think would include not trying to eat children
- I'm not sure what putting down the dog achieves on the other hand, where were the lousy parents in this, can we put them (or whoever was responsible for the child at the time) down too for being careless dickheads? What right does someone else have for being in this person's yard?

Dogs should not be attacking kids, if it were my kid the dog would be 6 feet under.

One would hope you wouldn't be so reckless as to allow your kids in that situation in the first place, though.

I'd be pissed off too but I wouldn't try and blame my or someone else's pathetic supervision entirely on the dog. It's akin to the dog ate my homework.
