robinson played very well against a very good warriors side, no reason for him to be dropped!

pj is a big bonus!! PJ has the potential to be the difference between both sides, his runs out of dummy half will cause them huge problems!

News out of Parramatta according to 2UE is that Inu will stay on the wing with Reddy taking Ben Smith's centre spot.

I think this is a good move attack wise as Inu and Tahu will run riot over El Masri on their right side defence.

BUT.

Our own right side defence becomes an issue. Reddy and the worst defensive winger in the League Eric Grothe.

Hopefully our left side attack can score more than the dog's left side attack.

If Ben plays 4 days after an arthroscope, I'll be stunned tbh...it's not a major thing but seriously, it'll stiffen the knee up really good

besides tonga.. the outside backs for the dogs are not that destructive..

they carve you up the middle through there forwards and get a roll on ...

we need an attacking centre more so then a defensive one this week.. so this will give benny time to be back the week after..

i see this as a game that will be fast and full of points..

It's not so much the outside backs that has us concerned - it's the physicality and size difference when SBW runs at our outside backs that could harm us.

We've signed Patrick Ah Van?

I know Inu is great on the wing but isn't his natural position in the centres? I'd rather have him in there than reddy, thinking mainly about defence.

inu should be selected in centres ahead of reddy.. could be a smokescreen

only way reddy plays centre is if inu goes to fb and hayne moves to wing.. which is more than unlikely

Rather put Hayne back to the wing and Reddy at fullback...but that won't happen

That does kind of fit but yeah can't see it happening. And Hayne has been improving at fullback I think, wouldn't want to stop that progression.

Hodges is just as strong and has a good offload but a better step. He threw Tahu off like a rag dole a few times, which is no mean feet. We struggled to contain him, but we won convincingly, as we will struggle to contain SBW. The thing is he may be worth 6 points, but not enough to beat us imo. I would not shy away from playing INU there, his front on defence is pretty strong.

at least reddy can catch the high ball. surely he will be winger just on this skill alone after last week.
our mobile forward pack is starting to remind me of the tigers in 05, big boppas shouldn't be needed if they commit themselves to defence like last week. all 2nd rowers have to fire again.
c'mon boys, i can handle not getting past the storm next week, but losing to the bulldogs is like pashing your brother whose got a giant weeping cold sore.

what about thge fact that Ben running infield when not needed let the same Bronco scorer Brisbane's 1st try

or the fact that Manly won the game at Parra attacking Ben Smith in defense when Lyon score 2 late tries.

As I said Benny has done some good things but the bad has still outweighed the good
ok you don't like ben smith thats fine, but he is a few levels above reddy, if ben smith is fit, hagan wont even think about leaving reddy in there. big ben is an important part of our side.

as for what the positions will be, yeah inu should go centre but tahu and reddy should be on sbw's side so he can be contained, because when they met at telstra timana and hindy handled him well

Personally, I would have put Wags into the centres so we wouldn't lose anything defensively at all. Attacking wise, Wags offers as much as Benny.

Then we could have brought Cannings or Paulo in to the squad.

Bingo! So would I but I don't think they will go that way.

Reddy is a big chance of playing fullback IMO.

Burt won't be back.
