I had to remind myself there was actually two refs on the field. You hardly see them at the same time on the screen ...

They seem to be missing flat/forward passes more often because of where they stand, imo?

The touchies need to do more to keep up and level with the play, since one ref is behind the attacking side and scanning the back play and the other ref is busy keeping the defence back ten and watching the play the ball.

Good to hear Hayne's name keep popping up in a positive way. Even when he was on report last week , at least he was having a dig. Hope it's a pointer for the season proper.
