I just checked the bigpond program for this morning (its 12.07am as i type this, and i am tired), it doesnt mention anything about the 2 games this morning.

They are re-airing the Ireland vs Lebanon game now and will show the Wales vs Scotland game later, but for the timeslots the live games, there is just NRL highlights listed, no wc qualifiers.

Are you sure its on?

i dunno which one is right... if the USA one is first i can have a sleep and watch the replay another time but i wanna watch the lebanon game live cos i know ppl in it.
