Defense on the line has been good, but Eels have let us off the hook!

Get Carlos a blood transfusion!
Felt the 8 point try was a bit rough as didn't seem deliberate, but the refs are playing by the letter of the law this early on.

Positive: We are only down by 2 points!

Hope the second half has some more positives!

Its going to be a long season if this keeps up!

Townsend missed some overlaps outside choosing to kick!

Tomkins for mine won't be a counter attacking fullback like he was in the ESL but I thought he went alright as a playmaker. Johnson did nothing once again, defence was shocking plus he runs sideways too much and doesn't engage the defence. Needs to watch how Manly's halves run at the line.
