looked very sharp and his passing and positioning were crisp ..Flanno mite have a thought to move him into the front line in attack in 25.

All Holmes has to do is replicate what Lomax is doing, it's quite a simple assignment, defend strong, kick goals, compete for the high ball in attack and defense, Holmes has the skill sets to do this.

For those of you with little faith, look at what Flanno has done with Suli. His defence last year on that edge was nothign short of atrocious, i heard on Bloke in a bar podcast last 2 weeks saying that he was now top 2-3 defensive centres in the NRL.

That's a similar story I've read across different sports in different countries. And in almost every case, the coach that went to so much effort, turned out to be a top class coach who had incredible success. I'm convinced we have a really good coach in charge and within the next year or two we will be a regular finals team, and then who knows. Would be nice to finish in the 8 this year but I won't hang him out to dry if we don't, we've made significant progress under this guy.
