Pakistan have dropped 2 catches so far. Both off Gilchrist who looks like will make a big innings.

Pakistan's tour summed up in 12 overs.

Two poor, poor dropped catches off the key batsman. No concentration or committment at key times and they pay dearly.

Hayden

dont let the door hit you in the arse on the way out.

Kat should be opening and Lehman at Kats spot, imo.

At least they have stuck with Kat in the team, he deserves to be there more than some others.

Hayden has to be given the arse in both tests and ODIs

Elliott in for tests, Kato for ODIs.

Enough is enough.

Who is the clown responsible for dropping Kamran Akmal and putting a nuff nuff in as keeper? Biggest blunder of them all.

Dropping Martyn early on at Perth, could be really costly. They can count their lucky stars Gilchrist didn't slay them for longer given their inept fielding, they might not get so lucky again.

No doubt it was an Aussie or a bias umpire that is resposible.

"Abdul Razzaq, brought into the attack in the 13th over, kept the ball in the right areas, and Gilchrist (47, 46 balls, 7 fours) succumbed. He attempted to bludgeon a pull off a ball that was a bit too full for the shot, and angling away to boot, and only managed to drag the ball back onto his stumps (2 for 63). With that, Razzaq had 200 limited-overs wickets, at a handy average of under 30, from 181 matches. "

Symonds gone for twenty something, Katich for a duck.

Up to Clarkey and Hogg to bring us home.

Hayden gone from On Day Cricket, keep him in tests.
Clarke back up the order, katich in symonds spot, lehman in Clarkes spot(or vise versa) and watson in the team at 7, IMO.

Katich? Bollox.

The bloke's 29 and he's probably got 3 average sorta years left in him. What then?

We haven't gone wrong with Clarkey, Watson's promising and there's Cameron White waiting in the wings as well. Yeah I reckon drop Haydo for the finals and let him regain some form in the domestic game. Our whole team is getting a tad long in the tooth and if we don't blood some youngsters real damn pronto, we're going to lose blokes like Pigeon, Dizzy, Haydo, Gilly, Boof and Punter in quick succession and we'll be back where we were after the Kim Hughes crisis, leaving some poor bunny with the job of rebuilding the team from the ground up - without Simpson to pull all the strings. If it hadn't been for Border, we'd be the world's easy beats for the last 20 years.

It's definitely time to look for younger blokes to fill the void which really is on the near horizon. They also keep people coming through the turnstiles. Look at the Brett Lee fan club.
