95% of the time he started and was dominated. He seemed to have a lost a bit of flair. But I know he will come good. His a lot better off the bench IMO. My pack would be:
8 Cayless
9 Riddell
10 Robinson
11 Hindy
12 Morrison
13 Wagon

14 Utility: (Marsh/Mateo)
15 2nd Row Impact: Widders
16 Vella
17 Stringer

I think Vella gets the blame for some poor coaching sometimes. The attacking structure of this years Eels was aweful. Morris only passed the ball backwards 1-2 metres and refused to give the ball flat to players running onto it.

True. But next year will be the same if the coach doesn't change his tactics.

I tell you now that Riddell will get very frustrated if the forwards act like that next year.

Cayless does the same thing as Vella (starts flat footed, to far back).

Well hopefully with the players we have those that want to start flat footed are doing so in reserves.....

But when he did, he did good.

Penrith was a good example.

McKinnon's try against Melbourne also was a good example.
