Day 1 results
-------------------------------------

Questions were asked, fingers were pointed, and the Bunny survived.

Their commander had called for numbers, and they had their answer. They knew the odds, they knew their enemy, now all they had to do was find them before it was too late.

-------------------------------------

It is now night. PM your actions. Night is tentatively scheduled for 12pm tomorrow. There are no exceptions after this deadline, but get them in ASAP or risk missing out.

When Mum and Dad put me on that plane to visit my cousins in England, they told me, 'Son, you're special, you were born to do great things.' You know what? They were right.

Even in a book of lies sometimes you find truth. There is indeed a season for all things and now that I see you flesh-to-flesh and blood-to-blood I know I cannot raise my hand against you. But know this, you are my greatest disappointment. Does your master hear me? Atlas! You can kill me, but you will never have my city. My strength is not in steel and fire, that is what the parasites will never understand. A season for all things! A time to live and a time to die, a time to build... and a time to destroy!

That reminds me; I really need to finish that so I can play 2 and Infinity.

The series is eerily close to an old Bungie FPS trilogy in name.

- BioShock (Marathon)
- BioShock 2 (Marathon 2: Durandal)
- BioShock Infinity (Marathon Infinity)

The first two are not at all surprising, but the third being an infinite/infinity does tickle me.

About 3 to go, but I really don't need to wait for them due to somebody activating a power that makes their "choice" rather irrelevant. Write up incoming after breakfast.

Night 1 Results
----------------------------

The Hardcore Gamer sat at his computer, fiddling with his joystick, and after that he decided to play a game. In his euphoric post gratification state he was careless reaching for the mouse, knocking a drink over onto his keyboard. There was no telling what would happen, but it would have a "Mass Effect" - kinda random huh?

----------------------------

Solid Snake roamed the streets with his eye on not one, but two targets. Despite his mastery of espionage, one of them spotted him straight away, walking right up to him and introducing himself. It was an odd experience for the cagey old veteran to say the least.

That was when he saw her, she wasn't his target, but he had to follow. Maybe it was the skintight leather that clung to her ass (and who could blame it) but he never expected her to enter his house. The technically advanced house with the miniature French Starship as a letterbox. What was she planning to do to him?

----------------------------

He was too buys for fun or to visit anyone else. Isaac Clarke's had spent the night engineering a contraption. He couldn't wait to show it off. Sadly, the only person who came to visit was big, clunky and largely uninterested.

----------------------------

The thumping footsteps of Big Daddy exited the house, unimpressed by the gadgetry he'd just seen, searching for his Little Sister. He had taken no more than a few steps when tyres screeched on the pavement, a tricked out Venom flying around the corner.

It screeched to a halt, the window powering down, an automatic weapon poking its way out. "Well, will you you check out this Freak," Johnny Gat remarked, finger on the trigger.

He stared at the Big Daddy, desperate to hear the musical symphony of automatic weaponry. Not a single shot fired. He couldn't bring himself to action.

----------------------------

Lara Croft got out of the shower, drying her hair, checking out her perfectly symmetrical boobs in the mirror. It had been quite a night. She'd found a hooded assassin roaming the streets, following another. He was more than happy to bypass any late night shenanigans to spend the night "tomb raiding" instead - and what a raid it had been.

She heard a loud thump in her mansion living room. She knew she was good and could rock the stick like few others, but she'd left the assassin out cold, surely he didn't have the energy to follow her home.

The door opened, the mans triangular head stared at her. The glint of the axe followed, and she would pleasure no more (Booooo!)

On top of the highest building he watched the city move around him, like ants people scrambled, going about their business. They were unaware of their insignificance. They were ants who would soon bow down to him or be crushed beneath his feet.

Then he saw one who wasn't insignificant. There were few in this world who could stand up to him, who could defeat him. The target was in the open and he had no intention of letting it slip.

His long silver hear trailed behind him as he dove headfirst towards the ground, drawing his Masmune. He struck hard and true, impaling his victim before he could even see him coming.

He knelt down next to him. "I'll take this," he grinned, retrieving the materia, the source of his victim's power. "I think it will come in handy."
