I didn't give RTS points last week just for a change. But he's unbelievable, maybe I'm biased but pretty much the NRL MVP?

Mann's getting points from me tonight.
Yeah hes gone good. Papalii hasnt let anyone down either, hes just done his job. Gavets been ok. Paasi bit of a mixed bag - knock on, got smashed. Afoa looks lethal but driven back a few times. Tevagas good. Blairs good. Packs been average.

A mountain of possession at home against the Knights who have the worst defence in the competition and we struggled to crack 20 points.....
if that had been Storm or Rabbits with that much possession they would have 50 up.

Warriors need to be more creative on attack and need to be CLINICAL.

Yeah some strange 4th and 5th tackle plays where our star attackers wasnt getting some ball and obviously the halves are at fault there.

Is there a reason why they hardly ever kick to Fus? They always seem to end up on his side of the field on the 5th and Instead kick to Maumalo... Poor game management or are cross field kicks not part of the plan?

Poor game management.
There is a lethal weapon on the wing going to waste.
TBH havent been impressed with Green since he got injured so i am wondering if he is still carrying some sort of an injury. Also the switch plays with Luke where they move the attack to the opposite side of the field which were very effective early in the season seem to be missing completely. So not sure what is going on with their attack.

I've especially noticed it the last few weeks and now I'm consciously looking at their 4th tackles and for whatever reason they spread wide to the right leaving them with no option but go back to the left on the last... I just can't wrap my head around it.

The New Zealand Storm???

Gavet owned in first tackle of the game.

RTS, Fus then Maumalo gets us past halfway from the 20m.

SJ passed back 10m fo RTS collecting a end of set kick, Should have run it.

SJ knocks on a bad pass from Luke.

Could hear penalty called by picked ref for Warriors not square at marker but no whistle.

Green kicks on just dead

Maumalo misses an intercept knocking on after Kata rushed up again on pierce.

Knights lose ball in tackle.

Passi gets the ball on the last set 10m out, not sure why Green picked that option.

RTS knocks on a Ponga grubber through.

Papalli drops on it offside, penalty.

Pass from Pierce went over a meter forward and Knights score off it. 5 warriors there couldn't stop Sao.

Woman touches misses it in womans round.

0-4

Gavet penalised to long in tackle.

Knights start on halfway.

Fus has to kick it dead for a repeat set.

Beale earns a penalty just past halfway.

Tap and go.

Passi knocks it on in tackle.

SJ chip and chase goes dead from 30m out.

Not wet enough to slow it down

Knights lose ball getting up to play it

Green earns a repeat at, chip through, knight slid back into goal.

Green chip doesn't work as comes off Knights leg for them to regather.

Attacking structure looking non-existent.

Luke's first dummy half run at 27min.

Earns a penalty, held to long.

SJ grubber off knight legs.

SJ held back chasing it. Get the penalty.

RTS changes the direction of play,

SJ dances at the line, gets them sliding across, Beale cuts inside with Blair getting the offload for a try.

6-4

Blair's first try for Warriors.

Knights cannonball Fus.

Start on their 40m.

Fus owns Ponga, who thinks he can shunt him into touch.

Knights rush up and SJ cuts out to Fus.

12-4

Ponga tackled in the air. Beale didn't really tackle hik vit was underneath him.

SJ kicks it out on full om halfway with 1min left on clock.

Hopefully that was our bad half.

RTS and Maumalo having another solid game.

Green bomb to corner message didn't see to get to Maulmao as set very deep and no pressure on Knights catcher.

SJ grubber forces repeat set.

Fus leaves the ball behind.

Pity its wet, that close to sideline is dangerous.

A string of offloads see Mannering offload to Pierce.

Pullai had ball come out, called strip.

Great work from Green, showed SJ how to take the line and step through the players and big fend on Heinington goes under the post.

Great offload from Jazz to Luke in buildup.

18-4

Sj inside the 10m.

Knights start on halfway.

Jazz into players head in tackle.

Knights on our 25m

Pierce kick though has Guiera over and scoring except he knocks it on with replay.

SJ grubber gets a repeat set with Fus in pursuit.

Kick goes pinballing and Papalli cant hold it.

Lots of points gone begging.

Pierce drills ball dead.

Ponga made a line break during the set after a very quiet game.

Blair going backwards and throws an offload forward on halfway.

Beale great tackle on Ponga to shut him down.

RTS forces ball in goal, not sure why he didn't pick up and run????

Short kick get it back, 2 from 2 tonight.

Luke makes a great break from a Passi offload, pass to Jazz not perfect and Jazz knocks it on.

Sao loses ball from great Passi tackle, called knockin but really went back.

SJ makes a break and all those around watching and bent over.

Maumalo penalised for nothing.

Apparently tackling player without the ball.

Was going for the ball and no issue what so ever.

Kata penalised for legpull, more a leg hold.

50/50

Knights knock on inside out 10m.

Knights penalised inside the 10m on their line.

Taking the 2 points.

Sad we couldn't score more points against the worst defensive team in the comp.

20-6

That win must confirm a finals spot???

Not sure if we weather had anything to do with it tonight, ball seems to get to center and stop.

Very disappointing attack, but did attack didn't create anything and a few to many errors.

RTS 280m, wow

Rather telling that they took the 2 points on that last penalty when hot on attack. My option would have been to go for the try.

RTS 280m, wow

We have weapons on both wings but rarely do they get good ball.
Look what Fus did last night with no space. Now imagine him with early ball and a bit of space.

Have to be a great chance for the Dally M?
The whole thing or just Fullback?
We had a few soft games where he would not have got points
Teams who gave been on a run like Bunnies, Storm and Roosters would be collecting all 3 points, so Cook, Smith and Cronk most likely.
He should get Fullback, but then Billy Slater will be handed it.

Our attack was pretty average in that game although the Knights also turned up in defence and didn’t stop trying. The pleasing aspect though was keeping the Knights to 4 points and keeping them scoreless for almost 70 minutes after their one try, plus the fact that we did it isn such a controlled way. We didn’t really get out of third gear because we didn’t need to.

And while RTS and Ken are the ones who really provide our run metre advantage the pack is working well as a unit now, Gavet had his best game of the year and the others all contributed solidly, 3 forwards over 100m and two others in the 90s. They keep doing that we’ve got parity up front and and overall advantage due to our back three.
