Just got done watching game delayed. That might have been the worst half of footy I've ever watched.

The 3 consecutive 18 point comebacks we allowed years ago was one for the record books, but honestly this feels like one of the most humiliating moments as a Warriors fan I can remember. It's so incredibly bad it's almost too funny to cry about.

They were about 1/2 hour late but whoever organises these things does not research sydney traffic. We left for home bout 45 minutes after the game and even then M4 and M7 traffic for days.

Also it apparantly only lasted about 10 minutes

Yes, you weren't alone in that feeling. The (bloody irritating) ground announcer was trying to gee-up the home fans before the start of the second-half but they were having none of it. They should've known better!

I was at the Warriors attacking end in the first half but stayed there for most of the second. I'd seen enough of our tries close-up.

What I don't like at away games is when the opposition are scoring down the other end, you hear all the noise, see all the clutter, but can't see what's really happening. I made the decision to keep a close eye on any (!) Panthers tries. Man, did I regret it.

I'm still a bit flat, that's to be expected, but I'm pretty much over yesterday's drama. It's how you have to be with the Warriors, dust yourself off and look forward to next week.

I'll be able to trawl through this thread from start to finish, to get a realtime feel for how events unfolded yesterday. Was too upset and tired to do this last night. Cheers in advance to Phil and co for suffering through it. Rain, hail or shine, 007's always there for us. I bet I actually have a few dark chuckles when reading it too, once again, you have to when you're a Warriors fan.

I'm glad I went yesterday, what an exciting day, so different to the usual Saturday.

It's a long off-season.

He is extra chunky but he had a good game today.

He's a terrific player IMO, and has a long history of dominating Warriors packs - just looks like he spent the off season in the pie shop... did he have surgeries or something? Was great last season, no mistake
