LOL. I heard Basil Zemphlis talk about the subject and he was totally against the funding. He's more than likely going to be the libs next leader by the way. But I'm sure your insider knows the inner workings of the WA lib party, all the way from QLD.
Gullible lap dog. 😅😅 time for some scooby snacks
a political leader saying one thing publicly that’s contrary to his rival but then suddenly change his mind if selected because it’s good for business and his rating? yeah wow that’s never happened in aussie pos.

Sorry cob but your gullible too for believing anything they say to begin with

The real frustration is Vlandys has allowed it to get to a point in time where it all hinges on an election result. Deal should have been done in October if not before. They've been talking to the WA govt since Oct 2022 for fricks sake!!
mate get over your bumchum cumins bid. seriously it’s like a sad old song on repeat that you’re singing. clearly dude wasn’t fit for this nor was his consortium.

Unless you're a club with a fanbase.

Broncos
Tv grant revenue $21million
Fan and corporate revenue $27million

Personally I'm much more likely to watch a game on Tv if its in a packed stadium with a great atmosphere than if its played in front of empty seats like some reserve grade game. But maybe thats just me?
Except when it was hull kr when their crowds were as low as the hundreds

Even the storm used to struggle with 8k at Olympic park

These dopes don’t realise Pvl is actually talking to the liberal opposition to see what their position is

What they have said is they are still supportive of some of the funding just not necessarily the stadium and coe

If they stick to that stance then it will be interesting to see if Pvl sticks to his guns and pushed up nz2 in their place and then leaves Perth for team 20 v Brisbane 3

sounds plausible i means why wouldnt vlandys be doing his due diligence and having games interests by at least chatting to opposition to see their stance

Evidence? Libs have not made one single public statement about something that has been a pet project for 2 Labor premiers.

You don't know Zemphlis mate. No funding will come to the NRL if he becomes premier one day. No chance.

Believe what you want to believe

Red bear hasn’t been wrong yet

He’s stated specially where the libs stand right now

The problem is I doubt Pvl will accept it which means more delay and the likelihood of the bid getting bumped for nz2

The thing is Perth consortium really wasn't an option. Running with WA government & bears was only way forward.

I'm not believing anything because there is no evidence either way. If and when the Libs or Nationals come out and make a comment on it then I'll have some evidence of their support, or lack of, for an NRL club.
